*1. Make friends with successful people and occasionally buy them gifts and surprise them with lunch because successful people always give and hardly get, so when you give them, they value the gift a lot*.
*2. Get a mentor and follow his instructions and respect the relationship. Never beg your mentor for money or disrespect his or her privacy.*
*3. Make new positive friends as often as possible and ensure you keep the communication line open. Create a network of friends and not just connections.*
*5. Show kindness to everyone. Some small boys today will be big boys tomorrow. The biggest dog in the neighbourhood was once a puppy. Keep the information/secret to yourself.*
*6. Always plan ahead and be proactive. He that plans the future works less in the future.*
*7. Listen to speeches and messages from great teachers, both religious and educational.*
*8. Attend seminars and trainings on any area you need to improve yourself - Train the trainer, personal development, public speaking, sales etc.*
*9. Have the habit of keeping a pen and a writing pad handy because ideas come in the form of flashes. The smallest pen is bigger and better than the biggest brain.*
*10. Make sure at every point in time you are reading a book. If you spend 20 minutes reading daily, for 52 weeks you would have consumed 1,000,000 words.*
*11.Stay away from television as much as possible. You can watch educational channels. Men with big TV sit in front of them to watch men with big libraries.*
*12 Put control over your mouth; never say evil of any man; what you are not certain of should not be said. Say good of all men.*
*13. Always show appreciation for any good deed you received.*
*14. Always help someone in need.*
*15. Live a debt free life. What you can’t pay cash for is not your size.*
*16. Give out loans that you can part with as gift, so that you don’t destroy your business and relationship.*
*17. Create legitimate multiple sources of income.*
*18. Save at least 10 percent of your income.*
*19. Invest a portion of your income, and be patient to see it grow. If what you have in your hands is not good to be called a harvest then it’s a seed; sow it.*
*20. Keep a good financial record of all income and expenses, so you won’t ask later “where did my money go”*
*21. Be involved in community services, Control traffic, free lesson class for students etc.*
*22. Keep getting better on your daily goals and dream, develop yourself on them and make sure you get to the top 10 % of your industry.*

burden rather than a blessing for you.

6. Beware! When sinful living becomes a lifestyle in the name of grace.
7. Beware! When you crave for earthly things rather than the things
of God.
8. Beware! When waking up in the night to pray is becoming a thing of the past.
9. Beware! brethren, when your heart no longer desires to see the Lord Jesus one day.
10. Beware! when you eat more than pray
11. Beware! when you no longer share the word with others.
12. Beware! When u start diluting the preaching Word of God to
keep people around you.
13. Beware! of all these, brethren, Satan isn't resting. We too must
be vigilant.
14. Beware! When you spend more time on Facebook, whatsapp,
twitter, and internet. These things become idols and take the place
of God.
Perhaps you're not even interested in the contents. Lets prepare, Jesus is coming soon to take those who are eagerly waiting for him.
REFLECTION
When faith is not backed by the fear of God, it is called AMBITION.
When evangelism is not backed by the fear of God, it is called CHURCH ADVERTISEMENT.
When submission to spiritual authority is not backed by the fear of God, it is called EYE SERVICE.
When good works in society are not backed by the fear of God, it is HUMANITARIAN SERVICE.
When ministering in choir is not backed by the fear of God, it becomes a CONCERT.
When preaching is not backed by the fear of God, it becomes MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKING.
When church attendance is not backed by the fear of God, it becomes a SOCIAL ACTIVITY.
Even a church gathering without the fear of God becomes a mere SOCIAL GATHERING.
Prayer without the fear of God is NOISE MAKING.
Kneeling or raising hands before God without the fear of God is called PUNISHMENT.
Going to a prayer mountain without the fear of God is EXERCISE.
A church service without the fear of God is just an empty LITURGY.
Talking so much about God without the fear of God is BOASTING.

A good mastery of Christian Apologetics, without the fear of God does not make one different from an ATTORNEY or LAWYER.
A sound knowledge of the Bible, without the fear of God simply makes one a BIBLE SCHOLAR or HISTORIAN.
When children are not taught the fear of God, the Bible becomes a STORY BOOK and the Sunday school becomes another KINDERGARTEN.
Preparing the future of children without teaching them the fear of God is a WASTED EFFORT.
A man of God without the fear of God is simply a MAN IN GOD'S HANDS - He will use him and cast him away at the end.
Preaching without the fear of God is mere ACTING - Hollywood actors could even do better. One famous actor of the Jesus film is not even a Christian.

*1.* The wife that wins all arguments with her husband is not wise. The home is not a law court.
*2.* The wife that uses sex as a weapon in the home – placing embargo, going to bed in jeans shorts and trousers – lacks wisdom.
*3.* The wife that uses the modern trends and laws of “women’s rights” to insult or ridicule her husband simply makes a fool of herself.
*4.* A woman that makes her home devoid of peace through bickering, nagging and quarrels needs help. A man should be eager to run away from office to be at home, for that should be the safest and coziest place on earth for him.
*5.* Modern-day equality in marriage does not mean competition. It simply means partnership. Taking advantage of such equality to turn around and become the de facto head of the home and oppress the man is tantamount to playing with fire. If you destroy your home, soon you will be the boss of an empty home.
*6.* A wise wife makes the man feel so good that he assumes that he is the head. Once he gets that feeling, the woman gently wields her power and the head actually turns to wherever the neck wants without a protest.

*8.* When a man is looking for a wife, he bypasses women of different shapes and sizes to choose a wife. But soon after childbirth, many women hide under the excuse of childbirth to let go of themselves. Many stop bothering about their looks, shape, dressing, etc. Within 5 years of marriage, people start wondering if the wife is the man’s aunt, even though she is 7 years younger. Her defense is that if he truly loves her, he should love her the way she is. But when looking for a wife, he saw people like the present YOU and ignored them and settled for the former YOU. Today, you go to bed smelling of onions and pap. You go to bed wearing grandmothers’ clothes. Why are you playing with your marriage? Love is not about looks – we know. But looks enhance love and marriage. There is a difference between someone disfiguring herself and the person being disfigured by an accident. Please don’t be complacent. As hard as it may be, work on looking like you were when he first saw you and began the chase.

If someone had told me when I was 20 years old that life was very short and would pass just like that, I would not believe it. And if I tell you that you don't believe it either. I can not get young people to understand, how brief life is. How quickly it passes. It seems like yesterday, I was in school.
Everyone of us here has been given the same amount of time in a day. 1440 minutes a day. 168 hours per week. 70 years God allows us, and it interesting to me with all of our medical science we have never passed that magic mark. The average American male today lives 70 years and 4 months. The average female 73 years and 6 months. More people live to be 70. But the average age of an American is still 70, as taught in the scriptures.
